For Spring-Summer 2012, Collezione Automobili Lamborghini presents its new product range, consistently innovating whilst at the same time re-interpreting classic lines.
The clothing and accessories range is also characterised by timeless style, quality materials, bright and classic colours and by the iconic bull and wording Automobili Lamborghini.
THE MUST-HAVES
The real news for the Spring-Summer 2012 collection is the light-weight Puff Jacket – for men and women and the ladies terrycloth range.
A summer Puff jacket is not a contradiction; it is the fundamental item of clothing essential for brief summer storms or for those spending their holidays in cooler climates. It is windproof, warm, yet ultra-light and compact. You wouldn’t even realise you had it in your suitcase. It weighs as much as a smart-phone and can be packed down to just a few centimetres, only to unfold perfectly when worn. Available with or without sleeves, and in two colours: cobalt blue and navy blue for men and white for women.
The ladies terrycloth range is perfect for leisure time and includes both a long and short sleeve hooded sweatshirt, a ruffle top, long pants and hot pants. The combination of fit, colour, up to the minute style and the possibility to mix and match with other elements in the range depending on the occasion is the basis of success for this look.
The clothing collection
As in the past the collection consists of basic items, such as t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, trousers and bomber jackets in napa leather or suede, and fashion accessories for men and women including gloves, scarves, belts and ties.
The classic t-shirts with the bull and the “Automobili Lamborghini” logo are manufactured with great attention to detail and are available both in cotton and stretch cotton; the cargo and chino trousers for men are in cotton and cotton or stretch for women.
Also re-appearing in the casual line for men, is the Italian Flag series, a transversal detail applied to many items throughout the collection plus sporty knitwear ideal for leisure time, whereas for women there is the Bull LXIII range including the polo dress in periwinkle or candy pink.
Finally there is men’s swimwear, in boxer short version, along with beach towels and for kids a range of t-shirts, polo shirts and sweatshirts.
Colours
The classic summer colour range (black, navy blue, silver grey, sand and pink for women) is enhanced by electric blue, bright yellow, dark green and bright red, both for men and women. Aquamarine and periwinkle are also available for women.
Materials
Materials are light and as always natural and of high quality: fabrics are also treated with the latest colour protection techniques, preserving original sizing and ensuring they look as good as new.
Seasonal news
In the traditional Bull LXIII line, which marks the foundation year of the brand, the Arabic numbers give way to Roman and there is the addition of a new slim fit size for men alongside the regular versions, embellished with a sweatband and slits with contrasting colours.
